Account Deletion

Voice of Revival Radio — operated by Revival Centres of PNG

Overview

Voice of Revival Radio (Voice of Revival STREAM) is operated by Revival Centres of PNG (Revival Centres Papua New Guinea). If you created an account with us — for example a staff or member login using an email address and password — you may request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed by our team; they are not deleted automatically the moment you submit this form. This lets us verify the request came from the account owner and separate personal login data from information that may need to be retained (see below).

How to request deletion

  1. Fill in the email address associated with your account below.
  2. Optionally tell us why you're requesting deletion — this is not required.
  3. Submit the form. You'll see a confirmation on this page once it's received.
  4. Our team verifies the request against the account on file and processes verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable.
  5. If we need to confirm your identity before deleting anything, we'll contact you at the email address you provided.

You can also email mediarcpng@gmail.com directly with the same information if you'd rather not use the form.

What gets deleted

  • Your login credentials (email and password) for the account.
  • Your staff/member profile information and role assignment tied to that login.
  • Personal data you submitted that is tied only to your account and not part of the church's ongoing congregational records (for example, an account-linked profile photo).

What may be retained, and why

  • Congregational and sacramental records — such as membership, baptism, attendance, or transfer records — may be retained where needed for legitimate congregational record-keeping obligations separate from your login.
  • Financial and giving records, if any, may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate record-keeping obligations.
  • Content already submitted publicly (for example a published testimony or prayer request) may be retained or anonymized rather than deleted outright, since it was submitted separately from your login and may already be visible to others.
  • Backup copies may temporarily contain information after the active account is deleted, subject to our applicable backup and recovery practices.

See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle data generally.
