Overview
Voice of Revival STREAM is operated by Revival Centres Papua New Guinea ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through our website, mobile apps, and radio/TV streaming services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to submit through forms on the site or app, including:
- Prayer requests — your name and email (optional, you may submit anonymously) and your request text.
- Contact messages — your name, email, subject, and message.
- Testimonies — your name, email, phone, assembly/region, and testimony text.
- Song requests — your name, email, and the song/artist requested.
- Church membership records — if you are a member of an assembly under Revival Centres Papua New Guinea, church administrators may record membership information (such as name, date of birth, contact details, address, baptism records, and family/emergency contacts) for congregational record-keeping. This information is entered and managed by authorised church staff, not collected directly from visitors to the public site.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and Google Fonts (used to load site fonts) may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, for security and performance purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.
How we use your information
- To respond to prayer requests, contact messages, testimonies, and song requests.
- To maintain accurate church membership, baptism, and attendance records for pastoral and administrative purposes.
- To operate and improve the live radio, live TV, and app experience.
- To send you updates you have explicitly requested (for example, replying to a message you sent us).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with third parties where necessary to operate the service — for example, our database provider (Supabase) and file storage provider (Cloudflare R2), both of which act solely on our instructions and are bound by their own data-processing obligations.
Data retention
Public form submissions (prayer requests, contact messages, testimonies, song requests) are retained only as long as needed to action and review them. Church membership and sacramental records (baptism, membership, transfer records) are retained as part of the church's ongoing congregational records for as long as you remain, or are recorded as having been, a member.
Your choices
- You may submit a prayer request anonymously without providing your name or email.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
- Church members may contact their local assembly or district office to update or correct membership records.
Children's privacy
Sunday School records (child's name, age/date of birth, and parent/guardian contact details) are collected and managed by church staff for children enrolled in Sunday School by their parent or guardian, not collected directly from children through the public website or app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
